IL Centro Restaurant
Il Centro Restaurant has long been regarded as one of Brisbane’s best restaurants. Located in the heart of Brisbane’s premier dining precinct, Eagle Street Pier, the multi-award-winning restaurant enjoys sweeping views of the Brisbane River and Story Bridge.
Since 1992, they have provided guests with a fine balance of casual yet elegant al fresco and indoor dining with a modern Italian flavour. Their innovative menu and superb location have made them a popular rendezvous for Brisbane’s business community, local residents and visitors alike.
Their innovative modern Italian menu has a distinctly Queensland spin – best illustrated by their signature dish, the legendary Sand Crab Lasagne. And their Head Chef Venada Dana, combines her Northern Italian Heritage (Novara, Northern Italy) and her years alongside former Head Chef Catherine Anders, to continue a menu of traditional Italian fare, using only the freshest local produce (including Queensland’s best seafood and prime cuts) to create a selection to tempt all tastes.
