2017 was definitely one of the hottest years in the tech world. So many cool products, software, and gadgets were released, with innovative and modern features. From VR sets, smartwatches to the latest electric cars and AI assistants, this will definitely be a year to remember.

Here are some of the most exciting launches that left their mark and definitely proven to be beneficial for our everyday life and needs.

Tesla model 3

While we still haven’t figured out flying cars, as 90’s Sci-Fi movies predicted, we do have the next best thing – Tesla. Elon Musk kept his promise and introduced us to the long-awaited Tesla Model 3, the real car “from the future”.

As one of the most anticipated vehicles ever and more than 400,000 pre-orders, this futuristic car reaches 220 miles, with 0-60 mph in an astonishing 5.6 seconds.

Tesla Model 3 is a stylish, modern and affordable electric car with high tech specification integrated into the interior. Car’s clean interior features a 15” touchscreen display, WiFI and LTE internet connectivity. With keyless entry and voice controls, you will definitely feel like you are driving a high-tech spaceship.

Recently pronounced one of the best smartphones of 2017, Samsung Galaxy Note 8 is definitely one of the hottest recent tech drops. After the last year’s fiasco with the Note 7, it wasn’t quite clear if the world is ready for this year’s model.

However, with dual camera, astonishing edge-to-edge infinity display, and precise S Pen, this phone certainly concord the smartphone market.

With the 6.3” bezel-less glass screen, the phone easily fits in your hand. In addition, the impeccable design allows you to easily take notes while on the go, even when your screen is turned off.

Fitbit smartwatch

Smartwatches have been around for a while now, especially in the fitness world. One of the most popular fitness smartwatch brands at the moment is Fitbit.

The company has recently launched their newest model called Ionic, which directly competes with popular Android and Apple watches. The latest model features, among others, multi-day battery, clock faces, user-friendly dashboard and sleep tracking.

With built-in GPS, you are able to monitor distance, pace and similar stats on the display while recording route map and time at the same time. Continuous heart rate and dynamic personal coaching will allow you to reach your fitness goals while playing over 300 songs.  

And, the coolest thing about Fitbit Ionic is that runs on a totally independent platform which can automatically sync to iPhone, Android and Windows devices and computers.

iPhone X

One of the hottest 2017 launched is definitely Apple’s long-awaited iPhone X. The company introduced some major changes to their latest smartphone, marking the 10th anniversary of their legendary iPhone. It seems like this might be the first time the company went out of their comfort zone and brought out the new iPhone concept.

iPhone X features the all-screen front without the home button. That’s right, the company has removed the standard home button and introduced Face ID, which allows you unlock your phone with face recognition feature.

With the fresh look and new, premium features the latest iPhone reflects Apple’s efforts to produce a perfect, modern-age smartphone.

Nintendo Switch

Launching the Nintendo Switch console was the hottest and long expected gaming drops in 2017.

The latest Switch console comes in a form of a tablet, together with a doc and controllers. The new controllers can easily be clipped on and allow you to play your favourite games anywhere.

Nintendo Switch features a high definition 6.2inch screen and controllers which can easily be attached for both individual and multiplayer gaming. This latest console launch was definitely a huge win for Nintendo bringing them back to the popular gaming gadget list.
