Chocolate Moments is the home of exquisite Belgian chocolates, handmade right here in Brisbane by Gerrard Gosens – blind Paralympian, adventurer, and finalist on popular television show, Dancing with the Stars – and his wife. They share their passion for top-quality chocolates with Brisbane by creating delectable truffles, chocolate liqueur shots, creamy fudge, and so much more.

Chocolate Moments comprises two stores, The Art of Fine Chocolate on Albert Street, and Chocolate Boulevard in the Myer Centre, which also stocks a range of wonderful sweets and treats imported from around the world. Both stores are conveniently located in the Brisbane CBD.

Couverture & Co. was established in August 2013 by Jessica Brookes. Jessica honed her craft under the tutelage of Melissa Atkinson, owner of Bittersweet, one of Brisbane’s first artisan chocolatiers. With the closure of Bittersweet in 2012, Jessica decided to take the plunge and open her own bricks and mortar store in Red Hill, Brisbane.

Couverture & Co. handcraft their truffles and bars in small batches in an onsite kitchen, to ensure customers receive the freshest possible product. They use traditional methods to make their decadent treats including hand tempering, dipping and piping.

They take delight in the chance to share their passion for chocolate with customers, and hope their chocolates can bring a small bite of happiness to a customer’s day.
