Dr. Tracy Butterworth is a Clinical Psychologist with more than 16 years experience, working with difficulties such as complex trauma, low self-esteem, perfectionism, OCD, anxiety and panic, depression, and binge eating disorders.
Tracy has a special interest and expertise in the area of trauma, from single-event trauma to complex trauma and PTSD, working with intense emotions and mindful approaches to psychological awareness. She has trained extensively in the treatment of trauma, including evidence-based therapies such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).
