Dr Helen Castley is a staff specialist in neurology and current clinical lead of acute stroke at the Royal Hobart Hospital.  She completed her medical degree at the University of Tasmania before completing her advanced training in neurology at the RHH, Box Hill Hospital and Monash Medical Centre.  She is a general neurologist with a special interest in stroke and multiple sclerosis.  Helen specifically enjoys the challenge of being a neurologist with the mix of emergency time critical decision making in acute stroke patients and also the care of patients with more chronic health conditions such as multiple sclerosis.

Dr Debo Gorai completed his MBBS in 1991. Debo trained in Neurology at the National Institute of Mental Health and Neurosciences in Bangalore, India before travelling to Australia in 2003. He then underwent peer review assessment and training in Neurology at St Vincent’s Hospital, Melbourne under the supervision of Professor Mark Cook and received his FRACP fellowship in 2006.
