Cocotte Dining was opened in year 2011, by chef/owner Shunichi Tanabe witn his family and friends, creating a cosy little bistro style restaurant with homey and warm ambience in Robina, Gold Coast. Many friends worked together from the start to not only build but share their dream of opening a restaurant. As the name suggests, it is a comfortable French bistro style restaurant with signature dish of casserole and culture served amid the enticing aromas of an open kitchen.

“Had dinner here last night and got the 6 course degustation. The cocktails were sensational, the cherry blossom cocktail is one of the most delicious cocktails I’ve ever had. Every course was impeccable, brilliant flavours and lots of new ingredients and pairings to try. The fish, steak and pork belly were cooked to perfection. Little Truffle – Like many of the world’s greats, the chef’s inspiration for cooking stems from fond young memories in the kitchen. Daniel was first introduced to the kitchen at age seven, cooking alongside his Thai Aunty preparing banquets as well as helping in his family’s traditional pizza restaurant after school.
Over the years Daniel had grown his own sought-after flair with food, gaining countless industry acknowledgement and restaurant success beyond his years. It was then time to fulfil his lifelong dream of starting his own culinary empire. Alas, Little Truffle Dining Room & Bar, was born in 2010.
Following the success of Little Truffle Dining Room and Bar, BiN Bar & Dining brand was launched on the first location in Burleigh in year 2013. In the last few years the brand has expanded by opening BiN 72 at Coolangatta and BiN 232 at Pacific Fair. The Ridgeway Group headed by Ruggie and Daniel Ridgeway now own and operate seven remarkable restaurants including Rivea Italian Dining in Broadbeach, as well as Gotham Rooftop Bar and Grill which is launched in 2018.
