Aces Magic Entertainment was established in 2006.
Simon Skinner has been performing as a magician and entertainer professionally for 21 years specialising in close-up magic and children’s magic. He has also worked in the entertainment industry in South Australia over the last 30 years as a musician and occasioanally a theatre technician.
He has been involved in numerous theatre productions as a lighting and sound technician including working with Adelaide’s Peter Goers and Matthew Byrne in Adelaide productions including Kiss of the Spiderwoman Something’s Afoot.
Simon is also a qualified Audio Engineer and a drummer for over 35 years. He has played in numerous popular Adelaide bands including The Jack Daniels Band, Mushrooms after Dark and THe Sensational Sidewinders that performed a regular gig every Saturday night following the stage show the Night Train Entertainment complex during its hey-day in the 1990’s.
