Born into a long line of chefs and restaurateurs, itās no surprise that Cristian decided to embark on a career within the hospitality sector. Moreover, now he has also become an author and has released one of his books, which we will discuss later in this article.
Cristianās resume includes a travel experience of over 10 countries, and with a portfolio of hotels and restaurants present in different countries and regions. He has also obtained and maintained āThe Golden Qā from OspitalitĆ Italiana for all the Italian restaurants that he has worked for. Along with that, he has also achieved the āSilver Plateā which he had obtained after the visit of the representative of the Accademia Italiana Della Cucina.
With an experience of over 20 years in Gastronomy, Cristian is a man of many talents. Moreover, he started working in his school days while he was studying in Piedmont ā Stresa, Italy.
He has also a work experience in the following places:
- Silversea Cruise Ship
- Radisson Blu and InterContinental Group of Hotels
- And Marriott International, just to name a few.
Apart from this, Cristian had also worked as an Italian Chef De Cuisine in Spain for 2 restaurants within a prestigious hotel in āCosta Blancaā.
Cristian has now become the Italian Chef consultant for the global hospitality market.
Cristianās views and importance of positive approach towards life
Cristianās lifestyle is very simple. Yet, heās a person who is self āconfident and keeps smiling. The reason for Cristian to succeed in this generation is his attitude with a positive approach towards life.
