Whipper Snapper Distillery started with an Australian and US pilots who shared their love for two things – bombers and whiskey. After the World War II, they got separated but their recipe continue to lived on. Fifty years later, war veteran Vic continue to distill his whiskey and moonshine in his shed in Scarborough. In that time, he also met his neighbor, Al, who also loves whiskey. Vic passed the recipe to his new comrade, Al, and his mate Jimmy. The two Aussies brought their love of whiskey to Scotland where they met Frank who helped them refined the recipe. After that, Whipper Snapper was born. They want that every whiskey bottle they distill would serves as a tribute to Vic, his bomber, and servicemen who loved the recipe.

Old Young’s Distillery is founded by James Young in 2016. It stocks premium quality hand­‐crafted spirits from Western Australia’s historic Swan Valley. Being true to their name, Old Young’s brings tradition together with new techniques and a flair for the unusual. Through the short period of time, they have received awards and recognition from various distillery organizations. High Spirits Distillery is a family owned and operated artisan distillery that produces spirits in small batches. They are based in Perth and the company is the result of two brothers’ long held dreams. They only use 100% Western Australian grown grains to guarantee that only the premium quality of spirits would be produce. It is not founded for a desire to add another Vodka or Gin to already laden categories, but it was to make something with care and passion, something some of the large distilleries could not replicate.
