“My experience with Fast Way couldn’t be any more different from the others’ here. My parcel was dispatched on Monday at lunch time. By 2pm I got an email saying it is at the Sunshine Coast depot. Estimated delivery is Wednesday. At 2pm on Tuesday I received an email saying the parcel is out for delivery. I was at work so I called the customer service center and asked whether they can re-deliver it on Wednesday. The girl on the phone was very helpful. She tried to contact the driver but was unsuccessful. She took my number and said she will try to contact the driver again. By 3pm I got a “We missed you” email saying the parcel will be delivered to the Parcel Connect in my area. By 4.30pm I got another email saying the parcel is now at the Parcel Connect and is ready for collection. I worked from home on Wednesday, ready to go collect my parcel at lunch time. By 10am, the driver knocked my door and re-delivered the parcel to me at no extra cost. The parcel was intact and no damage whatsoever.
