“It’s a great place, friendly staff and lots of good people about. I attend Adult classes at night and am really enjoying the culture. I’m doing things that I’ve never done before, especially from childhood. From a fitness and core perspective some nights can be intense, but they really cater well to the abilities of the class. My flexibility is woeful but I’m making greater progress than I have in years. A fun way to exercise! They live up to the values listed on their website and I feel they’ve got a lot of integrity. I recommend it for everybody to at least try once.” – Gary Thompson
