Can Tho Kitchen is founded by the couple Vien and Thao, situated in the Gold Coast. Their restaurant came from a rich history of their family. Back then in the 1980s, their parents were Vietnamese refugees that came to Australia and to start a new life, their parents had multiple jobs and life still goes on. Both Vien and Thao had experienced helping and assisting their parents at a young age in restaurants.

From their experiences, they were able to learn everything about the restaurant business, from providing the highest quality meals and to managing everything. Their parents taught them well especially the secret in creating excellent dishes. They established their restaurant in the hopes of making Northern Gold Coast as one of the places to visit for an exceptional dining experience.

Jimmy Wah’s is a Vietnamese restaurant situated in the centre of Burleigh. Just like others, their aim is to offer their delightful dishes through their wonderful and lively staff.
