“Great recreation centre. The gym and equipment is still quite new and there is never much of a wait for machines. The indoor pools are great, as is the separate kids pool with little, and bigger water slides. There’s an Olympic size outdoor pool and a few others used for water polo and the like. But my favourite feature is the sauna. It sits at around 85 degrees and is one of the largest sauna rooms I’ve been in.”- David O’Donnell

“Great place for an afternoon or after work swimming. It is an open air, heated pool even over the winter months.The downside – it’s very busy. If you manage to come when the squads are not in, it is very enjoyable. There are 3 pools. 1 x 50 metres with a deeper jumping part with water pool nets. 1 x 25 unfortunately very shallow one, but perfect for beginners. 1 round kids pool with shading. The water does not have too strong chlorine smell as usual and because it is open air you nearly forgetting that you are in a pool.” -Mihail Stankov
