Performance Podiatry Sydney

Dr. Laura Rabjohns has a background encompassing all aspects of podiatric practice including biomechanics, toe nail surgery, diabetic foot care and general skin and nail care.
Prior to opening Performance Podiatry Sydney, Laura spent 3 years operating in Sydney CBD as head podiatrist at a large multi-disciplinary practice. This involved working with physiotherapists, osteopaths, chiropractors, acupuncturists, massage therapists, naturopaths and Pilates to achieve the best possible care for her clients.
In the four years preceding this, Laura was practicing in clinics across Sydney and in Canberra, exposing her to a wide range of foot pathologies. In particular, she worked alongside a foot and ankle surgeon in Sydneyâs eastern suburbs, where she developed a specific interest in toe nail surgery. She now performs this routinely either to treat ingrown toenails or as revisions of unsuccessful surgeries.
Lauraâs first two extensive hospital placements were at the Royal North Shore Hospital and The Canberra Hospital. It was here that she was introduced to the treatment of feet at high risk of ulceration and amputation, such as those with Diabetes, neuropathy and vascular compromise.
Laura has a passion for fitness and maintains a healthy lifestyle involving herself in yoga, tennis, skiing, cycling and running.
Laura is looking forward to helping you achieve your goals, whether it is pain reduction, improving performance or generally making your feet and body more comfortable.
