Robyn Geering Photography started their journey into photography began, she never imagined the role her children would play (let alone dear old Noodle). She was travelling the world, life was an adventure, children were the last thing on her mind. In a pawn shop in Seattle, she bought her first SLR camera – a 35mm Pentax K1000 with a 50mm lens. But it was the birth of her children a few years later that turned her hobby into a passion. She realised how important a photograph could be, how much meaning it could have. People say they love the purity and the simplicity of her images. They love the way she can take a moment in time and turn it into a story. The key, she have found, is to be real, to be brave and to be authentic. Real life doesn’t happen in a studio when you’re telling people to smile, when you least expect it then it happens.

Kayleigh McGlynn Photos & Films Kayleigh and Tom, a husband and wife photography + videography team located in gorgeous capital, Canberra! Together they have their free-spirited (read: absolutely crazy) 5-year-old son Aidan and their equally as wild, tiny 3 year-old daughter Violet. And who could forget their firstborns! Dexter and Pepper, their jumpy, yappy, but adorable-none-the-less pugs. Nothing makes them laugh more than listening to the kids count to 10 in French and Mandarin. (They wish they could say that thye taught them, but all credit goes to The Wiggles! They can sign the alphabet too – thanks Emma!) Their idea of the perfect date night is shipping the kids off to their grandmas, cracking open a bottle of wine and ordering UberEats while they flick through Netflix for 20 minutes trying to choose a movie before deciding to just watch reruns of Scrubs.
