Dr. Ewen C. Wynne is the Principal & Owner and a Patent and Trade Mark Attorney. Ewen has over 20 years experience in Patent, Design and Trademark law. Michael Buck – Michael Buck IP Patent and Trademark Attorneys

Michael Buck has been a registered Australian patent and trade mark attorney since 1998. He holds degrees in Engineering (Electrical) and Arts (Philosophy & Mathematics) from The University of Queensland and a Masters of Legal Studies (IP) from the University of Technology Sydney.

After graduation Michael initially worked as a computer programmer on parametric CAD applications before taking a position with an electronic communications engineering company.

In the period 1994 to 1996 Michael was sole patents officer with international medical electronics company, Cochlear Limited. Wayne Slater – IP Gateway Patent and Trade Marks Attorneys

Wayne Slater – A chemical engineer and lawyer by training, Wayne has 30 years’ experience in the field of intellectual property. He is the Principal of IP Gateway and works as a patent attorney across a range of engineering technologies with an emphasis on mining and energy.

His experience includes identifying intellectual property and strategies to protect it. This includes preparing and filing patent and design applications (including international patent applications), prosecuting patent and design applications.
