Jocelyn’s Provisions

Jocelyn’s Provisions has established a nationwide reputation for its fine cakes, bread, pastries and provisions. Baked fresh using the finest ingredients and traditional recipes, their hand-made products proudly retain that old world charm.

Their pastry chefs can be found creating their signature products in a commercial kitchen alongside thier newest retail store in Brisbane’s inner city suburb of Albion. In addition to thier freshly baked cakes and pastries, all of their packaged items, biscuits, chocolates, nougat, panforte and preserves, to name a few, are made in thier kitchen and packaged in-store.

Their bread bakery is located next door to their kitchen. Their head bread baker, lives and breathes bread, using only quality grains to create thier sourdoughs, baguettes, ciabatta and seeded loaves, amongst others. Each type is an exceptional example of it’s variety: the sourdough has a thick crust and a distinct tang; baguettes are crisp – not flaky – with an elastic crumb; and ciabattas have a moist crumb and chewy crust.

Gerbino’s

Gerbino’s is Brisbane’s only Italian bakery, a family-run business that first opened in New Farm in 2003. In 2004 they moved to Ashgrove, and now have three stores across Brisbane – Ashgrove (Newmarket End), QUT Garden’s Point and Toowong Village.

Every day, their Italian pastry chefs are hard at work, baking some of Brisbane’s most delicious Italian pastries, breads and cakes. Don’t even get them started on their coffee. They use only the finest coffee beans to produce a delicious, creamy cup every time.

At Gerbino’s, they aim to bring the authentic taste of Italy to Brisbane – a taste people can’t get anywhere else.

Banneton Bakery

Banneton Bakery was established with a view of maintaining age-old principles of producing quality sourdough breads, quality pastries and savouries without compromise. Their philosophy is grounded in the belief that any food should be produced in the most natural way possible. They achieved this by using high quality and wholesome ingredients, without the addition of artificial improvers or additives. Their influences have always been diverse including French, Italian, German and Australian.
