The Bagel Boys
The Bagel Boys have a passion for creating great tasting healthy food, and that passion is what they were founded on. They always deliver quality to their customers, both wholesale and instore, and it’s something they never compromise on. Their traditional kettle boiled bagels are available for wholesale purchase, catering for events/meetings and from their four bagel bars.
All their delicious bagels are mixed, rolled, boiled and baked in the traditional way fresh every day, and this means their customers only get the best. They have been told by New Yorkers that their bagels are as good as home. They even have gluten free bagels available.

“Cheap, generous and good quality. Service is quick and with a smile. ‘Everything’ bagel with half jalapeno/half chive schmear was heaven.” – L. Parrello
NYC Bagel Deli
NYC Bagel Deli was founded in 2014, trading at select markets and operating from the Wandering Cooks in West End. To take their business to the next level, they started producing their own bagels. Their mentor is a 5th generation Jewish baker from New York who taught them a traditional recipe, as well as letting them in on the secret ingredient.
As their bagels became more and more popular, they expanded, and they currently have a bagel bakery/cafe in West End and a cafe in Westfield Chermside. People can pay a visit to their bakery and experience the traditional process of hand rolling, boiling and baking.
Founded by a nutritionist and a chef, NYC Bagel Deli is all about providing great tasting, fresh and high quality food, affordable for everyone.

“This is fast becoming a favorite eatery! Please give the iced mocha a try.. I love it and I’m not a big coffee drinker! I’ve had the Reuben bagel a few times and it’s always been very good. My one quibble would be that the ratio of ingredients can be a bit out of whack – sometimes an overwhelming amount of sauerkraut, sometimes double the amount of dressing than usual. I don’t mind since I love both, but it may throw others off. The service is very quick and delightfully friendly too!” – Maria Rodriguez
Red Stone Pizzeria & Bagelry Cafe
Red Stone Pizzeria & Bagelry Cafe is about old world process. They don’t believe in shortcuts; their Bagels are kettle-boiled, hand-rolled and joined without the help of dough forming machines. Their Ciabatta is stone-baked from scratch using traditional techniques rather than modern production line efficiencies. They are keeping traditional process alive.
They serve the Artisan fare that people would expect, but does not necessarily accompany, the slick decor, wine list and hefty bill of some high end establishments. Their focus is squarely on the food. They do provide friendly BYO service in a colourful, unpretentious and relaxed environment. Seating is available both inside and out, alongside their provision of quality food delivered to customer’s door.

“Ordered a delicious bacon and egg bagel, it took a little longer than I thought it would take, understandable to have fresh bacon and eggs. Some salad was served with the bagel, which was nice but a little generous on the dressing. Overall a decent place to get a bagel despite the wait.” – Tommoivre U.
