Sexy Stuff! Sean Borg surprises his army of Instagram fans with saucy throwback snaps from his pop music days

Like most people in showbiz on planet earth, former ā€œTMZ on TVā€ guy Sean Borg went on the down-low during the Coronavirus lockdown, on a spiritual quest, hiding out in the mountains of Sedona, Arizona.

How cool! After deleting his Facebook page back in May, Sean started posting more pictures to his Instagram roll.

Earlier this week, the British celebrity put out a series of artsy throwbacks from 1992 in the days when he was a member of the glamourous ā€œElectropopā€ trio ā€”Ā ā€œStuff &Ā Art.ā€ In the sexy, but tasteful naked snaps by top UK photographer Simon Fowler, who has shot everyone you can imagine, from Aussie star Kylie Minogue to the late Freddy Mercury and Queen, Jason Donavan, and even the Rolling Stones, Sean and his band-mates strip off, posing totally starkers. Strewth!

Stuff and Art
Naked Art! ā€œStuff & Artā€ featured former ā€œBrother Beyondā€ singer Nathan Moore and female vocalist and songwriter Beverly Dunn (now Beverly Clark) AKA the performing artist ā€” ā€œSkye Mary,ā€ and Sean.

So, who was Stuff & Art, and what are they up to now? We all know Sean has had a long and successful career in entertainment news. He even helped Australian actress and singer Natalie Imbruglia in securing her first major recording deal in the UK. He went on to be one of the international Trivago spokespeople, appearing in the world-famous hotel advertisements, amongst other things.

Best in Au reached out to Borg for comment on the pictures, and about the time he calls,Ā ā€œhis fun and fabulous path,ā€ he told us:Ā ā€œIā€™m soĀ proud of the pics, I loved working with Simon Fowler. I think it was Simonā€™s idea that we all strip off in the name of ā€œpop artā€ (he laughed). Beverly (Skye Mary) sent them to me a few weeks back. I was reluctant to post them atĀ first. The pictures were never released; no one had ever seen them before. But I thought about it and decided what theĀ hell, we all look good!ā€

So, what happened to Stuff & Art?

Sean said:Ā ā€œWe were doing quite well actually. Our song that I wroteĀ ā€”Ā ā€œAll IĀ Desiredā€ was receiving excellent reviews. We were on a huge Radio One Roadshow tour with Kylie Minogue, Jason Donavan, ā€œTake Thatā€ andĀ ā€œM-People,ā€ and was about to sign a massive deal with EMI who NathanĀ ā€”Ā thenĀ the lead singer with Brother Beyond was signed to.ā€

He said: ā€œHowever, as fate would have it, while we were on tour, Beverly ā€” who was goingĀ out with bass player Graham Clark of pop-supergroup ā€œWet We Wet,ā€ discovered she was pregnantĀ with Grahamā€™s baby, which was incredible for her. But we decided theĀ right thing to do was to take a break for a while. But due to other commitments, we never found time to get back together. So, it was bye-bye, pop career!ā€

He added:Ā ā€œIā€™m happy to say everyone went on to great things, I leftĀ forĀ Los Angeles to pursue work opportunities focusing on a career inĀ entertainment news television. Nathan left ā€œBrother Beyondā€ andĀ joined ā€œWorlds Apart,ā€ he enjoyed enormous ā€œboybandā€ success acrossĀ Europe. Beverly is now a successful model and songwriter. She married Graham at the height of Wet Wet Wetā€™s success when ā€œLove is All Aroundā€ was in the charts.Ā Their son, Alexander, is now 27-years old. Wow! The years have certainly flownĀ by.ā€

Sean said he doesnā€™t miss being in the music industry one bit. He said, ā€œI donā€™t miss it all! It was very stressful and anĀ emotional roller coaster ride. Fame doesnā€™t always bring happiness; I have learned.ā€
