Reviews:

A good mix of tourist-centred souvenir stores, two supermarkets, and a huge variety of retail stores. Store fronts are often changing, with a new essential oils store I can highly recommend next to the Myer centre. There’s always a couple of street musicians and performers scattered along the mall, with plenty of entertainment and good eats and drinks from cafes and food courts.” – Bronte Manster
Haven’t been for a wander around town for years. It was a pleasant non threatening day. Plenty of shopping options. Take the opportunity to check out the history. Some fantastic old buildings.” – Sharon Hollamby

Great shopping center with a variety of items and possibilities for quick and easy feeds. Currently under some renovation but the higher levels will be developed and I can’t wait to see what happens. Place is fully air-conditioned with an awesome glass elevator worth riding. Food court on the basement level for a great variety of feeds. Does have a public restrooms with parent and disabilitiy accessibility. Would recommend visiting this centre for general shopping.” – William Atkins

Regent Arcade has long been a special building in Adelaide’s heart. Its history goes back to 1928 when it opened as The Regent Theatre, often described as one the most beautiful and luxurious theatres of its time. The third Regent Theatre to open in the Hoyts chain, it quickly became the hub of entertainment in Adelaide right through until the 1960’s. In March 1967, when television broadcasting had truly disrupted the cinema industry, The Regent Theatre opened its doors for one final time before closing for extensive renovations that established the arcade now known as Regent Arcade. Stroll through the heritage-listed facade today to a world of modern day retailers, eateries and more. All still in Adelaide’s heart, Rundle Mall.
