‘Mr. Robot’ drops final season trailer with Rami Malek, Christian Slater

From “Hello, friend.” to finally saying, “Goodbye, friend.” Elliott Alderson is finally bidding farewell.

The final and most anticipated chapter of USA Network’s Mr. Robot has dropped its trailer last Tuesday complete with thrilling scenes and unnerving music. The trailer not just gave fans a sneak peek of what’s in store, it also revealed the season 4 premiere date.
The fourth and final season will air on October 6th, Sunday at 10 p.m. ET/PT on the USA Network.

Clips from the trailer revealed that the events from the final season take place during the Christmas holiday season of 2015. The last 13 episodes of the epic series tease more tech, hacking, answers, and blood. We’ll see Elliot played by Rami Malek and his split identity Mr. Robot played by Christian Slater back in the subway in New York City.

In the background, we can hear Mr. Robot warning Elliot that there’s no turning back once he enters the “endless war.”

“We need to get back to work,” Elliot says suggesting that he’s going to be returning to some unfinished business.

“You go down this path, it’ll never end. It will always be something else, another symbol to destroy, more people to save. This is an endless war,” Mr. Robot warns him. “What you’re about to do… is crossing the line.”

Elliot then answers “It’s a little late for that, don’t you think?” as the two are seen standing over a fire in what seems to be the middle of nowhere.
