It appears that Jennifer Lopez isn’t at all in a hurry to get married to fiance Alex Rodriguez.
The 49-year-old singer is looking forward to her nuptials with the former Major League Baseball player but says that both of them are “taking it slow”.
J.Lo and A-Rod have been engaged since March this year. The couple had been dating for two years before announcing their engagement.
When asked about her wedding plans during an interview with Entertainment Tonight, Lopez said, “It’s going good. I think we have a pretty busy year ahead of us, so you know, we are [taking it slow].
Jenny from the block admits that the two of them aren’t pressured as they see their romance as something that will last. “There’s no rush. We really see this as something that’s gonna be forever, and we’re gonna just take our time and do it right. And do it not rushed.” the singer said.

Since A-Rod proposed to her, J.Lo has been on the lookout for wedding dresses and venues. When she’s not working, that is. The bride-to-be admits that she takes the liberty to do these things but “Only when I have time. Most of the time, I’m working.”
Lopez, after all, is pretty busy from shooting her upcoming film ‘Hustlers’ to rehearsing for her upcoming concert tour, ‘It’s My Party’. She’s set to celebrate her 50th birthday this coming July but doesn’t look a day over 25.

The release date of ‘Hustlers’ is reportedly on September 13 this year. J.Lo’s ‘It’s My Party Tour’ will start on the 7th of June.
