Jennifer Lopez coyly responds to Super Bowl halftime show rumors

Jennifer Lopez is having the time of her life claiming 2019 as her year. The star made some major accomplishments this year. This includes the success of her It’s My Party Tour, receiving the CFDA Fashion Icon Award, and starring in what is expected to be her biggest movie yet, Hustlers.

With all that under her belt, the pop superstar is on her way to a triumphant 2020 especially with the non-stop buzz that she might be headlining next year’s Super Bowl halftime show.

J.Lo recently addressed the rumors as she appeared on Live with Kelly and Ryan last Wednesday. In the radio show, she was asked by Ryan Seacrest about the matter.

“I don’t know,” Lopez answered. “I know everybody’s asking me. They’re starting to think I’m telling people things. I don’t know anything yet!” When the host asked if she would agree if an offer arises, J.Lo says: it would be “a great thing to say ‘yes’ to in theory.”

The singer and actress even revealed that the halftime show is something that’s been on the table for a while now.

“It’s something that we’ve talked about for many years, and, you know, it would be nice. It would be nice. I can’t say I wouldn’t love it,” she tells Seacrest.

Fans are hopeful that they will get to see Lopez at the Super Bowl LIV stage on February 2 at Miami, Florida’s Hard Rock Stadium. And with Lopez never responding with a flat out “no” there’s still a pretty good chance that she’ll be gracing that stage.
