Miam French Crepes offers crĂŞpes and galettes (savoury buckwheat crĂŞpes) which are the traditional dish from the region of Brittany, though they are very popular all over France, and now worldwide.The savoury buckwheat crĂŞpes are crunchier than the sweet ones and can be filled with vegetables, fish or meat.
Buckwheat is not a cereal, it’s related to sorrels, knotweeds, and rhubarb. It has no gluten and therefore should be suitable for gluten-intolerant people. Taco Taco
Taco Taco was born from an idea while Matt and Chris working together and by using an old truck in their dad’s backyard– this is where Hobart’s first food truck emerged in 2013.
After selling out every night for the first few months, they got their act together and turned this into a thriving business feeding people every week since, despite Hobart’s unpredictable weather.
They have been part of many great festivals, catered heaps of weddings and made a bunch of friends along the way. They genuinely enjoy their work and are looking to change people’s perception of the quality of food they can serve from the back of a truck. Tasmania has the best produce in the world to work with so this makes their job a little easier.
