Most of Angelina Jolie’s private life is, of course, hidden from the public eye. But a recent video has surfaced giving us a glimpse of how she is as a mom. And just like any other, the Hollywood actress also gets emotional when it comes to sending her kid off to college.

The proud mom was seen dropping off her eldest child, Maddox Jolie-Pitt at the Yonsei University in South Korea. An Instagram user posted a video of the proud mom engaging in a casual conversation with a group of people while she was there. The proud mom even said that she was trying to hold back tears as she parts from her son.

Also seen in the video that Instagram user @xx_efu posted was Maddox, all smiles and standing patiently by her side. When asked when the 44-year-old mom planned to leave South Korea, the actress shared that she was leaving on that very day and is “trying not to cry.”

Jolie was then asked if the mother and son pair have toured around the country to which the actress answered, “A little bit.” Jolie added, “We’ve been in Seoul. We were here a while ago when we first went to Yonsei.”

The Maleficent star also gave the school some praise saying “It seems like a great school,” before agreeing to take photos with the group. See the full video below:
