Look who’s back from the dead! Tricia Helfer, together with the cast of Lucifer Season 5, will be serving fans with its final season. But what is she up to this time?
The actress is set to return for the final season of the supernatural-crime scene investigation TV show to give life to one of its characters according to TV Line. But this time, instead of appearing in her sophisticated pencil skirts and occasional leather jacket, the actress puts on a floral dress matched with a pearl necklace.
This change of wardrobe seemed to fuel up fans’ curiosity and asked whether Helfer will be back to the series as the brilliant and cunning attorney, Charlotte Richards or as Lucifer’s mom, the Goddess of All Creation, or if she will be playing an entirely new character. The actress refused to give any hints about what her role is going be in Lucifer Season 5. Instead, she took to Twitter and urged the fans to wait and find it out for themselves once the last installment airs on Netflix.

Tricia Helfer plays the character Charlotte, a corrupt lawyer who was possessed by the Goddess of All Creation after her death. Helfer’s character was last seen in season 3 wherein she caught a bullet intended for Amenediel.
Meanwhile, season 4 ended with Lucifer leaving Earth. Before parting ways with Chloe, Lucifer told her that the prophecy is wrong and that Eve was never his first love but the detective. Chloe tried to stop Lucifer from going back to Hell and even admitted her true feeling for him but Lucifer chose to sacrifice himself for all humanity and seat on his throne once again to prevent the demons from escaping and wreaking havoc to Earth.
Season 5 will be treating its fans to an additional 6 episodes. Compared to the last season, season 5 will have 16 episodes in total. Titles of the first four episodes were already revealed through Twitter quizzes:
- Episode 1: Really Sad Devil Guy
- Episode 2: Lucifer! Lucifer! Lucifer!
- Episode 3: ¡Diablo!
- Episode 4: It Never Ends Well for the Chicken
Likewise, co-showrunners Jose Henderson and Ildy Modrovich shared that they have known the opening sequences of season 5 ever since they have started season 4. Modrovich added that they are really excited for the final season since they have “one other, really fun toy to play with” and that will certainly be a “big guiding factor” in the next installment of the TV series.
Lucifer Season 5 premiere has not yet been revealed.
