Lili Reinhart gushes about working with Jennifer Lopez and Cardi B in the forthcoming Hustlers movie. The Riverdale star plays Annabelle in the film that was based on the true story of former strippers who swindled their Wall Street clients.

The film’s star-studded cast also includes Constance Wu, Lizzo, Keke Palmer and Julia Stiles. The film’s trailer dropped on Thursday last week. See the full trailer below:

Reinhart stars as Annabelle in the film, which was inspired in by a New York magazine article about a real-life group of former strippers who teamed up in a bid to swindle their Wall Street clients.

In an interview with Leanne Aguilera at the 2019 San Diego Comic-Con the actress said:
“I mean, it was really freaking cool to be a part of all these bada– women and just to work among them.”

“It was just a cool experience, so different to Riverdale,” she adds.

Speaking to ET Reinhart shares, “It’s weird to go from a set you’re on for nine months straight to a movie where you’re getting to know everyone again.”

“It kind of makes you appreciate the fact that we’re such a family. I’ve got my [Riverdale] family and friends with me for most of the year, but it was fun to meet new people and it was a good experience.”

In a recent interview, Reinhart’s co-star Jennifer Lopez opened up about the hardest part of being in the film. “Learning pole dancing was probably one of the most challenging things I’ve ever done for a film,” Lopez admitted. “But it was worth it. I love this character. I love this story. It’s a really gritty New York story with women at the forefront — the thing actresses dream of — and to be able to produce it and star in it was very special.”
