Jennifer Aniston is totally up for a ‘Friends’ reunion

Is a ‘Friends’ reunion ever going to happen? According to Jennifer Aniston, it just might.

Banking on nostalgia has been the trend these recent years. Ever since reboots and remakes left and right have appeared, the discussion of whether or not Friends will return hasn’t died down.
The Friends cast, including Aniston, has continuously denied the shows return for years. However, the 50-year-old actress is setting hopes up in an interview with Ellen DeGeneres.

Last Wednesday, a clip was released featuring Aniston’s appearance on ‘The Ellen DeGeneres Show’. The actress seemed to tease that a Friends reunion might be happening.

“Listen, I told you this, I would do it,” Aniston said in the clip. “The girls would do it. And the boys would do it, I’m sure,” she added.

However, Aniston wasn’t so sure about it back in 2016. In an interview with ITV,
“I don’t know what we would do,” she said then. “I think that period of time was sort of nostalgic, you know?”

Her Friends co-star Matthew Perry expressed his doubts about a reunion in 2017. The actor revealed in an interview with Variety that a Friends reunion keeps him up at night saying “When I’m asleep, I have this nightmare that we do ‘Friends’ again and nobody cares.”

“We do a whole series, we come back, and nobody cares about it,” the actor candidly added.

Jennifer Aniston played Rachel Green in the American sitcom. Starred alongside Mathew Perry (Chandler Bing), Courtney Cox (Monica Geller), Matt LeBlanc (Joey Tribianni), David Schwimmer (Ross Geller) and Lisa Kudrow (Phoebe Buffay).
