Dixit Patel and Frank Bekas run ClickForce, a digital marketing agency based in Adelaide. They have over 20 years of experience between them, and are able to manage all aspects of their client’s internet presence.

Dixit, Frank, how did the pair of you get into the digital marketing industry?

We both have been working in the digital space for 10+ years. Originally, we started as application and web developers so we have a deep knowledge and understanding of how the digital space works.

So it was then a natural progression for the both of us to want to understand how to drive traffic to the websites and applications which we would build. This is how we entered the digital marketing industry.

What made you decide to start your own agency?
We have a passion for the work that we do and want to help other businesses succeed and grow in the digital space.

Can you explain the difference between SEO, PPC and CRO?

Each of these play an important part of digital marketing. SEO or Search Engine Optimisation is a service which we provide to increase the organic position of your website in Google search engine results and is a long term strategy to increase traffic to your website. PPC or Pay Per Click is a term used for paid advertising space such as Google Adwords, this gives instant results on the first page of Google and customer will pay each time their advertisement is clicked.

CRO or Conversion Rate Optimisation is the optimisation of a client’s website or landing page to achieve the maximum opportunity to convert a visitor into customer or lead.

You offer content writing services – what does this entail?

As the saying goes, content is king. Businesses without a good quality content strategy will not yield better return on investment.

Content writing services is integral part of our business and we offer this services to clients who may not have the time or resources to come up with it themselves.

If a company wanted to start building up their web presence, where would you suggest they start?

First thing we recommend businesses to do is come up with their client personas, tell us in simple language who is their end target audience.

Second part is coming up some good names to attract the end user. Then having good digital strategy, inline with their budget and timelines. The final step is Execution!

What would you say is the easiest way to get increased visitors to a page?

There is quite a lot you can do to increase visitors for your business, it depends what resources you have to tap into and how well you understand your customers. But Pay Per Click Advertising such as Google AdWords is the quickest and easiest way to increase visitors to a page.

Its a two-way street, if client follows the strategies we lay out for them and they stay committed t the process, we guarantee their results will improve.
