Trouble in paradise. Bella Hadid and The Weeknd lead singer Abel are reportedly trying to work through things as tension builds in their relationship.

Gigi isn’t the only Hadid stirring up romance rumors but this one is more about lover’s quarrel. While the model is reportedly seeing The Bachelorette star Tyler Cameron, her sister Bella is trying to hold things together with boyfriend Abel. Entertainment Tonight reports that the couple is still together and have yet to split the second time around.

While reports have circulated from various outlets that the two have broken up, ET’s source claims they “haven’t broken up, but are working through things like normal couples do.”

“The couple travels a lot, works a lot and that often creates tension,” the source tells the celebrity news outlet. “However, the two love one another, have lost one another in the past and want to try and make it work.”

Bella and Abel began seeing each other in 2015, called it quits in November 2016 and ended up reuniting at the 2019 Cannes Film Festival. The tumultuous relationship was plagued with third party rumors when Abel started dating Selena Gomez during his split with Bella.

“Right now they are together and working on keeping it that way,” tells the source.

Selena and Abel’s relationship didn’t go without controversy even after they parted ways after 10 months of dating. Abel reportedly sang about giving his kidney to Selena who is diagnosed with Lupus. Not long after their split, Selena was seen reuniting with Justin Bieber over breakfast.
