Quick and easy scones

thickened cream (125ml)
self-raising flour (300g)
caster sugar (55g)
whipped cream for serving
lemon curd for serving
Preheat your oven to approximately 220°C and grease a baking tray.
Place your flour, salt and sugar into a large bowl.
Add in your cream and lemonade and stir it until it turns into soft dough.
Lightly flour your work bench and start kneading the mixture until it is fully combined.
Press the dough out evenly until it is approximately 2cm thick.
Use a round cutter to cut out 8 scones.
You can also re-roll the leftover dough to make additional scones.
Place them onto your tray and bake for 10 to 15 minutes or until golden brown.
Serve them warm with some whipped cream and lemon curd.
