cup of
plain flour
3 1/2
teaspoons of
baking powder
1
teaspoon of
salt
1
tablespoon
of white sugar
1 1/4
cups of
full cream milk
1
egg
3
tablespoons of
melted butter
Instructions
In a large bowl sift your flour, baking powder, sugar and salt together.
Make a little well in the centre and pour in your egg, melted butter and milk.
Stir it together until it is completely smooth.
Heat a frying pan over medium heat that is lightly oiled.
Pour out the mixture onto the pan using about a quater of a cup per pancake.
Flip the pancake making sure both sides are brown.
Serve them hot.
