Ingredients
1/4
cup of
olive oil
1
teaspoon of
salt
1 1/2
cups of
warm water
1
dash of
caster sugar
2
teaspoons of
yeast

cups of
plain flour (you will need extra for dusting)
Instructions
Combine your water, sugar and yeast in a large bowl.
Whisk the mixture thoroughly and set it aside for 5 minutes or until it starts to foam up.
Add in your flour and salt into the centre and mix thoroughly.
Add in your oil and mix again.
Dust your bench top with some flour and use your hands to combine the dough.
Knead the dough with your hands for several minutes.
Grab a bowl and lightly brush it with olive oil.
Place your kneaded dough in the oil bowl and cover it with cling wrap.
Let it sit for half an hour where it should have doubled in size.
After the 30 minutes dust your bench with more flour and knead the dough into long cylinders.
Divide the total amount into thirds and use a rolling pin to give them a disc shape.
Add your desired toppings along and bake them in your oven and you're ready to go!
