Worcestershire sauce

tomato paste

brown sugar

cups of
water

cup pf
corn

peas

tablespoon of
jam

tablespoon of
curry powder
Instructions
Start by heating some oil in a fry pan.
Add in your sausages and cook for 6 to 8 minutes.
Once cooked, drain off the excess oil with a paper towel and cut them into small pieces.
With your remaining oil cook your onion, carrot and potato for about 2 minutes.
Add in your tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce, curry powder and brown sugar and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
Add in the water and sausages while stirring to combine.
Add in corn and peas and bring it to boil.
Let it simmer for 15 minutes.
Add in the jam and serve with white rice.
