Ingredients

  • 8 thin sausage
  • 1 sliced onion
  • 1 chopped carrot
  • 1 diced potato
  • 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of tomato paste
  • 1 tablespoon of brown sugar
  • 2 cups of water
  • 1 cup pf corn
  • 1 cup of peas
  • 1 tablespoon of jam
  • 1 tablespoon of curry powder

Instructions

  • Start by heating some oil in a fry pan.
  • Add in your sausages and cook for 6 to 8 minutes.
  • Once cooked, drain off the excess oil with a paper towel and cut them into small pieces.
  • With your remaining oil cook your onion, carrot and potato for about 2 minutes.
  • Add in your tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce, curry powder and brown sugar and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  • Add in the water and sausages while stirring to combine.
  • Add in corn and peas and bring it to boil.
  • Let it simmer for 15 minutes.
  • Add in the jam and serve with white rice.
