Taylor Swift sings praises for Selena Gomez’s new music

We’re all for women celebrating women. And a prime example of this is the friendship between Taylor Swift and Selena Gomez.

From one pop star to another, Swift sent all the love to Gomez in support of her new music. This proves that Swift and Gomez aren’t just besties, the former is also one of the latter’s biggest fans. Soon after Gomez dropped her latest track “Lose you to Love Me” her bestie was all praises on Instagram. See the music video below:

“This song is a perfect expression of healing & my absolute favorite song she’s put out yet. A triumph,” Swift wrote in a recent Instagram post. The multi-Grammy award-winning artist then added, “‘I love you so much.”

But Swift’s glowing words didn’t end there. The 29-year-old pop star spoke to Zane Lowe when she appeared as a guest on the New Music Friday show on Apple Music’s Beats 1. On the show, Swift described Gomez’s song as “the best thing she’s ever done.”

The pop music icon then shared that “[Selena] came over, she played me the video” of her song. She continued:

“I’m so proud of her. She’s been through so much. I’ve watched so much happen in her life and had a front-row seat to so much, and I’m so proud of her. She is such a revelation because now she’s making her best stuff. I am 100 percent convinced this is the best thing she’s done so far.”

“Just from my perspective as her friend, I’ve just never been more proud,” Swift added.
