Rape accusers sue Danny Masterson and Scientology over alleged stalking

Danny Masterson is facing a lawsuit from the four women who accused him of sexual assault. The Church of Scientology, in which Masterson is a member, allegedly stalked the women relentlessly in an effort to cover up their rape allegations.

The lawsuit claims that the That 70’s Show alum is involved in the brutal stalking of Chrissie Bixler, Bobette Riales and two more unnamed accusers. Bixler alleges that Masterson and the church had something to do with her dog being choked to death after she went public with her rape allegations.

According to the court documents, Bixler adds that a friend of Masterson’s threatened to release naked photos of her when she was a teenager. Riales claims that she experienced similar stalking acts from the church with neighbors reporting a man taking photos from her driveway, and having her home broken into later that night. The two Jane Doe accusers also reported similar experiences.

Riales dated Masterson for two years from 2002 to 2004. She came forward in 2017 about being drugged and raped by the television actor while they were dating.

Bixler, on the other hand, says in her initial rape lawsuit that she reported the assault to an employee to the Church of Scientology. She was reportedly told, “You can’t be raped by someone you are in a consensual relationship with.” Bixler was discouraged from reporting to the police with the church saying it would be considered “High Crime” to involve the authorities.

Masterson has spoken to TMZ in response to the lawsuit saying he intends to take legal action.
