Phatboys Food Truck ā Jorge had a vision of a dining experience that combined his familyās culinary legacy with the unique culture and style of Brisbane, and as a result, Phatboys was born. Founded in 2015, this unique food truck blends down home Portuguese recipes and local Brisbane ingredients (when available) to create a truly one of a kind meal.

Char Baby concept came to the owner and chef, Nicole Noble, during a break between owning busy suburban cafƩs and she was looking for a new challenge. Nicole been a chef for more than 20 years and worked in some amazing places, among them as a private chef in Switzerland, Turkey and Greece. Travel inspires her palate. The world is an amazing and big place and she could travel to a different destination every time she felt hungry, she would be the happiest woman in the world. Nicole wants the world on a plate.
She then created Char Baby as a food truck ā a Moveable Feast. This allows her to share her love of the flavours of the world with as many people as possible. People can book Char Baby for any event.
