Q Do you offer Class & Pole Hire Bookings?

Q What are the parking and security options?

You are welcome to park in and around the facility at no charge. Please do not leave valuables or bags in your vehicle. The commercial building Polates Perth operates from is a 24 hour facility therefore security cameras are operational and controlled in house. This also includes one security camera that is located in the studio Polates Perth will be holding classes.

Q Will I feel dizzy during the class?

As all of our poles spin, it is likely you may feel dizzy after your first few sessions if you are new to pole dancing. If you experience dizziness during the class, we encourage you to sit or lay down until it passes. It may take a few sessions for your body to adjust to the movements.

Q Do you have air-conditioning?

Yes, our studio is fully air-conditioned and insulated.

Q What should I wear to a pole dancing class?

If you are starting a beginner pole dancing class we recommend wearing shorts and a singlet, shirt or crop top. Having bare skin on the pole will help you stick much more effectively.

Q What should I bring to a pole dancing class?

Please bring a water bottle, sweat-towel and handgrip if desired. Handgrip can be purchased at the studio.

Q What is the age limit for your pole dancing and pilates classes?

To attend our classes you must be over 16 years old.

Q I’ve booked a block of classes (5 or 10) and can’t make the class I’ve booked into, what can I do?

If you miss a class or need to cancel a class you are booked in for, we do require 12 hours notice. You are welcome to do a “make-up class” within the same week providing there is availably. Please refer to our studio terms and condition for more information.

Q My hands/body is slippery when gripping the pole, what can I do?

Most beginners and even the advanced students suffer from sweaty hands at some point. Fortunately, there are grip-aid products that can help. We stock the most popular grip-aids in the studio.

Q Do I have to wear heels to pole dancing classes?

No, heels are not required for any of our classes however heels may be worn during practice times.

Q How can I book a class?

As we are limited with the number of poles, bookings are essential to secure your spot. You can book a class through the GloFox App or on our website.

Q How tall are your poles and how many are there?

We have 11 stunning brass Pussycat Poles that range from 2.9 – 3.2 metres in height.
