Beauty mogul Kylie Jenner draws flak for her face washing technique

Kylie Jenner is making headlines once again, this time, for sharing a video of her washing her face.

Recently, Kylie released a new skincare line dubbed ‘Kylie Skin’. It features a range of skincare products including a foaming face wash.

The makeup mogul shared a video of herself using the product on the Kylie Skin Twitter account. It appears to be taken with one of Snapchat’s filters and fans weren’t too happy with the way Kylie washes her face. See the tweet below:

Kylie appears in the 30-second clip washing her face with her foaming cleanser for about 10 seconds. She then goes in to rinse her face and wipes it with a towel leaving behind some residue from the cleanser.

Following the video, fans are now skeptic if they could trust the reality star’s skincare tips. The people of Twitter have shared their unsolicited opinions and criticisms about her face wash routine. Some have even gone as far as accusing the Kylie Cosmetics founder of not knowing how to properly wash her face.

One tweet appears to be comparing Kylie to another iconic makeup mogul, Rihanna founder of Fenty Beauty.

This isn’t the first time Kylie faced backlash over her new skincare line. People called out how she used walnut for her face scrub after promoting the product in a video saying, “It’s really gentle. It’s gentle enough to use every day.” Many of her critics dispute her claim saying that walnut highly abrasive and can possibly damage the skin when used as a scrub.
