Cris Feldens Cateringās history is rooted back with a girl from southern Brazil who spent a lot of time in the kitchen with her parents and later on managed to take care of her family dinners and other events with regards in food preparation. With a passion and dedication to know deeply about various flavours, she expanded her knowledge through studying in the Italian cuisine at the International School of Italian Cuisine.
From her various role in being an apprentice working together with outstanding chefs, Cris then went to Australia to again, gain more knowledge and experiences by working at top restaurants in Gold Coast. Then she learned about the Gold Coast community in their meal preferences and more studying.

The food was out of this world , the presentation so modern and classy and Cris herself is so professional and friendly. We have Cris our budget and she managed to design us a menu that was so much better than we ever imagined. The ingredients are so fresh and the attention to detail makes her stand out from the rest.
