“I love Blackbutt Reserve. Lovely grassed areas, plenty of sheltered tables and chairs for large groups. Lots of BBQ’s. Playground area. Walking Trails and of course the best part is being able to walk around and see the wombats birds and koala’s. All wheelchair accessible. Though can be heavy to push someone up some of the hills/ramps. If going to see the Emu’s. Great toilet facilities. Need MLAC key for wheelchair toilets. Small Cafe on-site. Can purchase small animal feed for 80¢. Talks and photo with a koala comes with a fee. Otherwise only need to pay a few dollars for parking. A great day/morning/afternoon out.” – Rhonda Fielding
