NYC Bagel Deli
NYC Bagel Deli was founded in 2014, trading at select markets in Brisbane, and operating from the Wandering Cooks in West End.​ To take their business to the next level, they started producing their own bagels. Their mentor is a 5th generation Jewish baker from New York who taught them a traditional recipe, as well as letting them in on the secret ingredient.​
As their bagels became more and more popular, they expanded, and they currently have a bagel bakery/cafe in West End and a cafe in Westfield Chermside. People can pay a visit to their bakery and experience the traditional process of hand rolling, boiling and baking.
Founded by a nutritionist and a chef, NYC Bagel Deli is all about providing great tasting, fresh and high quality food, affordable for everyone.

La Vosh Patisserie
La Vosh Patisserie was established on 1st November, 2010. They transformed what was once a florist in Red Hill Brisbane, to a patisserie. This came complete with the first of many hand rolled and boiled New York Style Bagels that Steve Day, the owner, had started making as a hobby from home.
Steve Day is a qualified French Style Pastry Chef of 25 years. He has a passion for baking everything by hand following the age-old baking traditions. The trend these days is mass production and franchising for better buying power, this sadly has it’s downside with high volumes reducing quality.
The quality and taste difference is what people notice straight away when they try their products.
